1. Old Applicants Applied before 2018 & files pending in process.
2. Old Applications pending due in shortfall (or) showcase.
3. Old Applicants pending in final payment due.
LRS: Instructions to Reset User Name and Password
1. If you wish change your password and have access to your registered phone number, Click Forgot/Reset password button in login page and follow the instructions provided
2. If you do not have access to registered mobile number anymore, Follow below steps:
- Click on online support. you will be redirected to a ticket form.
- Provide your HMDAL____ Application code and current mobile number.
- Attach Proof of ownership document (sale deed)
- Submit the ticket so you will be notified with username and default Password on provided mobile number within 24 hours.
